My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad. The location offers stunning views, and the pool area was a highlight for me. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the room, and the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed the amenities but found some aspects lacking.

Rooms
6.0
The room was on the 6th floor with a partial lake view, but I did find an unwrapped sanitary napkin on the chair, which was concerning. It seemed like housekeeping could be improved.
Service

Service was inconsistent; the dinner experience felt odd with unsettling staff behavior, though breakfast was generally okay. They were friendly but could be more attentive.

What a stunning hotel! The breathtaking view and the cozy atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I particularly enjoyed the variety at breakfast and the convenient location. However, the rooms could use a bit of brightening, as they felt a bit dark and dated. Overall, it was a relaxing spot to unwind after exploring Bariloche.

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the breathtaking views from the bar, but unfortunately, the room needed considerable updates. The breakfast buffet was decent, but I had issues with the comfort of the room, including hard pillows and lack of air conditioning. My experience was mixed overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite tired-looking, with old furniture and very hot without air conditioning. The pillows were too hard for my comfort.

The service was satisfactory, but it wasn't remarkable. It could have been better, especially considering the state of the room.

Overall, the hotel provided great value for money with its welcoming atmosphere and nice amenities.
